The Ways Freedom Of Information And Data Protection Will Affect Commercial EnterpriseThis guidance is an introduction to the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 for the University's commercial enterprises, such as Accommodation Services, the Centre for Sport and Exercise, and the University's subsidiary companies such as the Edinburgh University Press. It also provides brief guidance on the responsibilities of the University's subsidiary companies as regards the Data Protection Act 1998.
