Receiving and Replying To Information Requests: Guidance For Staff

This guidance is intended for any member of University staff that receives a request for information held by the University. Any member of staff could receive an information request (that is, a request for any recorded information held by the University). A separate, more detailed document is available for freedom of information practitioners. There are statutory deadlines that set out how quickly these requests must be answered.

The guidance sheets are available as rtf documents and Adobe PDF.  If you do not already have an Adobe Acrobat reader you can download one free from the Adobe web site.
