Policy and Planning Records Management Project

This project introduced and implemented the full range of records management processes and procedures within Policy and Planning (PP) in line with recognised professional standards. The aim was to improve control over the department’s information resources, to aid organisational efficiency, and to ensure compliance with the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 and other relevant legislation.

The Policy and Planning Records Management Project Board oversees the project. The Project Board page includes the remit, membership and papers of the Board.
