Introducing Freedom of InformationCourse objectivesThe Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act states that anyone from anywhere can write to the University and ask anything, and that the University must reply to such requests for information within 20 working days. This course introduces the Act and examines its implications for the University, giving participants several opportunities to examine case studies of requests and a chance to formulate practical strategies for their own areas of the University.
